I understand that a device that jams a cell phone signal is illegal in the United States due to the Communications Act of 1934. However, can anyone cite a single case where someone was arrested, charged and sentenced because of this act (being in possession


Not that I know of but they are available.
I know some teachers use them in schools and the cops are trying to use them to throw off criminals but it's not legal yet but I am sure it will be soon. At least for cops.
