Has anyone ever been arrested for a mobile phone jammer in the United States?

I understand that a device that jams a cell phone signal is illegal in the United States due to the Communications Act of 1934. However, can anyone cite a single case where someone was arrested, charged and sentenced because of this act (being in possession

Not that I know of but they are available.
I know some teachers use them in schools and the cops are trying to use them to throw off criminals but it's not legal yet but I am sure it will be soon. At least for cops.

Flanking the duo were top dogs drawn from both entities and some brand new SIM cards sprawled on the table as props, evidence that netizens were raking in a minimum Sh2.5m per month from gullible but greed induced fortune seekers, nay, Safaricom subscribers.

Izzo seemed to be seeking divine intervention because according to him, both netizens and smarters are guilty in equal measure. What baffles me is that since even smarters are guilty, who will Izzo use to tame the menace.
