PLEASE HELP with Earphone advice?

I'm on the market for in ear headphones<earphones>.the ones that came with my ipod are ok<a little banged up but,y'know they could be worse>.The ones that came with my HTC HD2 phone got decimated by my sisters.I'd prefer something with a microphone
