Pairing Official Sony PS3 Bluetooth headset to Toshiba Satellite U400 possible ?

I bought the Official Sony Bluetooth headset for the PS3, no matter what I do I can't seem to pair it with my laptop which is a Toshiba Satellite U 400 (Windows 7). It always discovers it as a wireless headset but it states "Detection of Service

Make sure you either have the ps3 off or delete the profile, bc the headset can be connect to another device but it will prioritize the ps3. It really meant for people who use it with there cell phones and after a long day they can use it with there ps3.
