Pay as you go Mobile Phone - O2 (sell on ebay) - UK?

Hi, I purchased a Nokia 6300 Mobile Phone from a catalogue on O2 Pay as You Go. I have decided I don't want to use it now so have decided to sell it on ebay. It's brand new and boxed. My question is do I just sell the phone and accessories or do I sell

Sell it as new, boxed, with accessories, and offer the sim if they want it.

Motorola Droid RAZR Release Date Confirmed by Document Leak

I have pre-ordered the Razr through Verizon.

However since my Droid X died (early last week) after 13 months, I’m not very impressed with Motorola. Or was it a software issue that killed my phone?

All of my info is out there, so I need another Android to retrieve it. Is there a way to retrieve it from Google on-line?

If the new phone fails after warranty, as the Droid X did, I will never get another Motorola. I may switch to the I phone then or just get a Casio Commando type phoe. Casio makes excellent stuff.

Interested in other’s thoughts about the Frozen Droid X – at the M screen? About Motorola products? Is it a software thing which is killing phones? Is there a way to retrieve my stuff from Google without a new Google Android phone? What if I just buy an Android tablet – will I be able to download my contacts from Google?

I am concerned that getting another Motorola is a mistake! I am also concerned that it is Android software that killed my phone?
