Do I get free incoming calls with the Virgin Mobile pay as you go, or do they cut into the minutes I paid for?

I bought a Virgin Mobile phone with the pay as you go plan, or whatever they call it. I was wondering if *incoming* calls cut into my minutes. I know if I call someone and spend a minute or more on the phone, it charges me. But what if someone calls

it will only charge you if you pick up the phone when someone is calling you. If you let it ring and don't answer it, it WILL NOT charge you.
